A music venue in Bushwick, featuring a 850 and 1800-capacity spaces with 3,100-capacity capability throughout, merging two lots accross while maximaxing the usable space, zoning, building code, and life safety constraints.
The architectural design enables significant adaptability and flexibility of use, while offering a well-rounded and enjoyable user experience from start to finish. The venue counts with three major and three minor bars - individually designed to serve as performance support or independently, allowing various use configurations depending on event.

Théa and Chewys were key to the initial steps of the project. They studied the project feasibility, assisted in establishing program, produced schematics, and were responsible for client presentations. They developed drawings, visuals, moodboards, logics, circulation, and security protocols - closely collaborating with the AtelierTek team, Julian von der Schulenburg (JVDS), the LSC team, and consultants.
